Recent 2016-17 season match, Atlético Madrid has worn alternate typeface to be used for player names and numbers on the back of its new home and away kits. The font style similar as the previous Atletico Madrid launched, however just plain bold. For home games, it returns to a blue color as the Atlético home and yellow gold for away kits. Atlético badge is placed at the bottom.
