Made by Italian kit supplier Macron and the Portuguese league champions Sporting Clube de Portugal is celebrating its 110th Anniversary in 2016. Sporting introduces a new font design for the player's name set for the 2016-17 season UEFA Champions League campaign.
The Sporting 16-17 home kit features the club's traditional green and white horizontal stripes in a classic design. Black details, such as the collar
and sleeve cuffs, Additional SCP’s 2016-17 away and third jerseys use the same modern, v-neck Macron design. The away shirt is mainly black with lime detailing. The lion from Sporting’s crest is embossed on the left front of the kit in recognition of the club’s nickname of Leões (Lions).
